Core members have 10+ years of chassis component R&D and manufacturing experience, covering product design, tooling, automation and performance testing. The team provides full services from forward development, self-developed tooling and performance validation to mass production. Holding over 30 utility model patents, we have achieved breakthroughs in precision machining, modular fixtures and automated assembly, keeping yield above 99.7%. Custom nitrogen shock solutions are available for passenger cars, pickups, NEVs and off-road builds.
With in-house testing labs and smart production lines, NBY upgrades core suspension technologies for OEM pre-supply and global aftermarket. We build competitive domestic high-performance damping parts via independent innovation and fine quality.
